We purchased a (new to us) home and it was left extremely dirty. We spoke with Angie with Deluxe and she sent Kathy over to clean. Kathy did an amazing job disinfecting the entire house & cleaning it from top to bottom! Angie came over & inspected the job to be sure it was going well during the process. Angie called me afterwards to be sure we were happy with the job. We were extremely impressed with both Angie & Kathy & will definitely use them again. Thank you so much ladies!

The 2 coworkers from Deluxe were very personable and did a very thorough and excellent job of cleaning our dusty blinds. They used a 2 step process of first dusting them off and then cleaning them with a mild solution. We are very pleased with the work.

All the work has been excellent. Our home looks new again. When we have extra jobs in addition to the usual maintenance cleaning, such as refrigerator cleaning, upholstery cleaning, they have been done with no hesitation and with great results.

The first visit was very thorough but took longer than estimated so therefore cost us more. The work was very satisfactory. The second visit did not take as long but the quality of the work slipped. I feel certain that after visiting with the housecleaner and pointing out the areas missed she would complete to our satisfaction.

Did an excellent job, better than I've had in the past. I told the cleaner what rooms I wanted cleaned, and she just started working. Asked her to do some extra vacuuming, which she did with no problem. Very pleasant, very professional. Price was far less than what I expected. I feel like I got a great deal and excellent quality.

Description of Work: Instructions to the actual performer of the duties could have been clearer. She asked me what I wanted-I got flummoxed and forgot to tell her to clean the I/s windows - even though that had been one of things I stressed when I talked to her supervisor (and owner of the company) about. She did a FANTASTIC job in the bathrooms! I think if I could have her back more often we would both be very satisfied.
