 + -1 moreThey were out maybe 6 or so months ago. Well I have a complicated system. I have water sourced heat pumps and I have a problem, it isn't only the pumps. It's not a cut and dry kind of thing.

 + -1 moreThe main unit installation took one day and was painless. He has to do some modifications to the freon lines going to the unit from the condenser outside where he had to reroute the lines through the side of the house by cutting a hole at the eves line through the vinyl siding. At first, I did not like the look, but he finished it with some galvanized metal covering that is very sturdy and professional looking. He had to do that because the old lines were built into the brick wall and he did not want to have to tear out the sheetrock in the garage.
Description of Work: I've been using Kevin Corkern for over 16 years and have always been 100% satisfied. He recently put in a complete new unit on one side of my house which immediately lowered my electric bill by $100/month. He is very honest and will not sell you anything you do not need. My neighbors used another company and they were told new regulations required that all of their duct work be replaced which tacked on another $5000 to their bill. Corkern said that was not necessary at all. He is always on time and will do everything he can to be at your house ASAP in case of an emergency. We were having a huge wedding party for my daughter in 2011 and of course the old AC unit stopped working two days before the party. He came over, charged the unit with freon and we were back in business. That is when we decided we would eventually need to change out the unit which he did last year.
