Bartlett Construction, LLC provided us with highly professional engineering and construction services. Top quality attention to detail and customer service. Every detail from project planning to completion performed by this contractor was reviewed with us to insure our complete satisfaction. Mr. Bartlett closely supervised all work on site. Backyard makeover project consisted of removal of very large vinyl & aluminum all swimming pool. backyard fill & grade, construction of large concrete patio, & re-sod yard. The results are a beautiful yard and patio success. We Highly recommend Bartlett Construction

lWe are extremely satisfied with the performance of William Bartlett and his construction company. We wanted a garage to be built on the vacant half of a double lot owned by our daughter in New Orleans. We also wanted an apartment on the second floor above the garage to be used when we visit. Furthermore, we wanted the building to "belong" to its neighborhood in the Marigny. Mr. Bartlett was helpful from the beginning, offering suggestions to make the design more efficient. Specifically, he suggested a hip roof to replace the original design. During construction, Mr. Bartlett and his team were meticulous with every detail. The project was in the making for several years and we had specific ideas on layout, materials, etc. Mr. Bartlett was responsive to all of our requests. We executed the project remotely and he was trustworthy and listened. We wouldn't work with anyone else and highly recommend him and his company.

Mr Bartlett was very professional. Understood our financial concerns and modified work to fit budget. His workers were very pleasant and professional. Mr. Barlett quickly sent his workers back to redo part of the work which we felt was not quite right and the work was redone quickly.

Mr. Bartlett is the real deal. He's punctual, dependable, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. He does fantastic work and I would recommend him highly to anyone. Our boat lift works very well now. We couldn't be happier with the job and the pricing was reasonable too. Five stars!

Mr. Bartlett show up at my home at the scheduled time agreed upon. He explained in detail exactly what, length of time and materials would be used to complete the project. When the project begun he was there until it was completed, in addition, made sure all supplies were cleaned up after the driveway was complete. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and he is by far the most professional, considerate, trustworthy contractor I've ever met. Will continue to use his company for any other future projects that may arise.

He did very good. I was pleased with his work. He did a really good job. He did excellent work. He has a very high moral standards and he did great work. He worked with the insurance company to help me to get the problem resolved. The neighbor's insurance wouldn't pay for it and he worked with them. He was very helpful. I was very pleased. They are nice people. He did very good with the pricing. He did not overcharge me.

The whole process took about 3 weeks, which was quite fast considering the amount of work to be done. All materials used were of good quality and fairly priced. Every step of the process was personally inspected by Mr. Bartlett daily. If anything was the tiniest bit off, it was redone, at no extra cost, to his satisfaction. Everyone associated with Bartlett Construction was reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Mr. Bartlett keeps a steady crew who are always on time and work continuously until the job is completed. Mr. Bartlett is well versed in the electrical, plumbing, and building codes (past and current) and is meticulous in his work, and work ethic. I was informed and educated on the building process with daily updates and explanations of all work being done. Mr. Bartlett answers his phone personally and returns calls quickly. I have recommended his company, Bartlett Construction, to all my friends and neighbors. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and character in general and I enjoying my new showers knowing that they will last, without incident, as long as I have my home.

Very well. The wood decks are beautiful. The craftsmanship is obvious to all who come here. Many people have admired the skills and craftsmanship of the decks and asked me who the carpenter/contractor was. They did an exceptional job, on time and on budget to boot. They foundation repair theyrovided has worked perfectly. And proyects the valie of the home..

I was very satsified with the way the entire project went from start to finish. I would recommend his company to everyone and also use them again. We do have some additional projects for him later on too.

Tomorrow is the first inspection for the footing so they can pour the concrete for the building. They had to build the land up for it.
