My carpet was so old and stained that nothing would have cleaned it to what I was hoping for Ben was efficient diligent and personable

Mr.ben was professional and transparent about his quality of work. I called him to clean stains out of a mattress. He told me that most of the stains would come up but not all. To me it still looks better than before maybe if i do another session i should be close to having a brand new mattress again. My only con is that the mattress has small tears i assume from the cleaning process of rubbing the mattress material. My mattress is cashmere so maybe i should have got a steam clean rather than vacuum method. Still and all I am satisfied with my results and feel as if i have a newer mattress.

I took off one star because they get their days mixed up and did not show up on appointment day. We talked and they came the next day. They did an excellent job cleaning 4 dining chairs, two club chairs and one overstuffed chair and ottoman. The furniture looked like new. I have zero complaints on their cleaning ability. I believe that the first time was an honest mistake. Great job, reasonable price.
