As a Realtor, my clients rely on me for recommendations, and a home inspector is no exception. I was so impressed with the job they did that when it was time for me to hire an inspection company, I had to do very little thinking and quickly called them. service went very well. Dan answered my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. arrived on time and had all of the equipment needed to perform the required services. Explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. a report was emailed within a couple of days, exactly as promised. very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone with concerns about mold or any other allergens. no mold present, so no remediation was required. would have been very easy to report that additional services were required, so I was impressed with the integrity.

Complete professionals! We received a 61 page report with photos, advice, and a checklist within 24 hours of the inspection. During the inspection Dan and his team pointed things out to us that might need attention. They also gave us advice on maintenance of things like water heaters, central air and heat, and roof to help them last longer. Dan and his crew are very knowledgeable about everything when it comes to home inspections. They arrived on time, were well dressed, and very friendly. We found mold in our bathroom so we decided to see how bad it was and if it was anywhere else in the house. I looked online and decided to pick all American inspectors because of their 5 star ratings. Now I know why they have 5 stars. Dan was very knowledgable and personable. After finding out that it was black mold, he talked to us about what our options were. He went the extra mile by calling contractors and mold remdiators to find the best one for the project in a timely manner. He gave us his cell phone number and we were able to text and call him when we had other questions, which was often! We highly recommend Dan for any home inspection and we will def be using him again when we need to, but hopefully not soon!

Fantastic!! Dan was quick to respond to my request to schedule the appointment. I couldn't be there, but he provided an excellent and thorough report. He discussed everything with me over the telephone as well. At the re-inspection, I was able to be there so he showed me the items to be addressed and what was satisfactorily repaired. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an inspection!

All American Inspection provided an extremely comprehensive inspection of a 6 unit (2br/1ba each) apartment complex that we were looking to purchase. Both inspectors were very professional and extremely detailed. They conducted a review of the entire exterior of the building and also the interior of each unit. They conducted an assessment of all of the systems/structure in the building (electrical, roof, AC, visible plumbing, staircases, attic, appliances, cabinets...) in addition to significant cosmetic repairs that are needed. For us, since we had already decided to purchase the property, the purpose of the inspection was to ensure that any deal breakers were identified. Not only did this inspection provide enough information to ensure us there were none, but the inspection was detailed enough for us to negotiate a price reduction of $30K based on the extremely detailed and thorough inspection report alone. This was very unexpected but to say we were pleased would be an understatement. We would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them!

Dan and Tina were extremely thorough in their inspection. They not only pointed out apparent issues; they also made helpful suggestions along the way. After their inspection was completed they walked through and around the house with me pointing out issues and suggestions, and also pointing out where the builder had done things very well. Going above and beyond, though,they also made suggestions for things were might look for in the future, and recommended routine maintenance items that will keep us ahead of problems if we start now. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

Dan and his wife inspected the entire house - gave us great advice on the a/c duct cleaning, house and roof cleaning, and landscaping. Recommended products and services which we plan to use in the future.

I can not recommend All American Home Inspections enough! After doing my research on several companies I hired Dan to inspect our first home purchase, and i'm glad I did. This house, a flip, turned out to have much more underneath the surface than I could have imagined, much less found myself. Dan went over every inch of the house and was as thorough as could be. The resulting report was well organized, digital, and had lots of reference pictures throughout. Needless to say, we did not buy the house, but I will be using Dan when we inspect our next offer. I have only one piece of advice. Don't be a dummy, Call Dan!

We hired Dan to conduct a thorough home inspection of a house we were buying prior to the closing. He spent the entire day at the house and covered every square inch. He provided us with detailed information that we have continued to use as we remodel and repair the house. He also gave us guidance on how to resolve certain problems. He was extraordinarily thorough. I would highly recommend using Dan for any home inspection prior to closing. He is unbiased, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very thorough. He offered many services that other inspectors do not offer or charge extra to provide. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Dan. We plan to invite him back to inspect our remodeling after it is complete.

We've used All American Home Inspection in the past and called them out again to inspect a prospective property we are interested in. The inspector arrived on time and I like that he listened to our main concerns upon arrival. The inspection took a while (older property) but glad it was so thorough. His extensive plumbing inspection combined with the infrared camera he uses found what we thought was a scratch in an upstairs bathtub was actually a small puncture that was leaking underneath the tub and causing slow but steady damage. Had he not found this we would have been stuck with replacing a whole bathtub in an upstairs bath! As usual we had a ton of questions about the findings and he answered them all patiently and didn't get annoyed (as we have had experienced with others in the past). He even offered tips on the best way to fix some of the issues. I like that his report also had many photos and good information to help us to proceed with our next step. He also is available by phone afterwards to answer any questions you have. Very good service-I highly recommend Dan, great experience!

Dan showed up on time and was very polite and appeared to be very knowledgeable. Early in the inspections he asked us if we planned to do any renovations and we said "yes." That is where things went wrong. Although he still did what seemed to be a thorough inspection he spent a lot of time going on and on and on about the evils of Fiberglass insulation and suggesting to us that we hire someone he knows to come out and do work to make sure no fibers were making it into the main part of the house. He was very slow getting the report back to us and when it did come it contained several pages again about the cancer causing properties of fiber glass. Its clear that he has a lot of passion and concern around the fact that people still broadly use something that could cause cancer but in my mind it crosses the line when he starts recommending people to come out and remove it - I would go so far as to cause that a conflict of interest for a home inspector. We have now moved into the house and have discovered that he missed some very basic things which we are now having to get fixed (dryer vent broken and clogged, oven door falling off, light switches not working) and on the other side he raised issues that did not exist such as telling us we had galvanized pipe when we do not. In the end there were al lot of valid items in the report but we are left with an unsettling feeling of being not exactly sure what we got.
