Description of Work: I have been a customer of this company also known as Safeway Industries, and Pelican Security Network for 18 years. I requested my service be transferred to my new home. I was not charged any transfer fees from ATT, Direct tv, Cleco, Atmos or Charter because I have been a good and loyal customer to all. I was told by Amanda at Safeway my fee to transfer was waived since I was a good customer and that I did not have to use auto debit which I've never done in the past. I got a call a week later only to be told my application for my new residence (in the same city, with the same security company from the prior owners) was REJECTED. after 18 years of service. I was told the only way they would move my service was to pay a 95.00 transfer fee and to be put on autodebit,which normally is an option with any company. i have never been rejected for anything in my life, my credit is outstanding. And I cannot believe how I have been treated. I was told I then had to send a handwritten letter to end the services at my prior home, which i had already asked prior to, to be disconnected. I emailed the letter as requested . Then after a few days I get another telling me they need my signature . Again after 18 years of service this is how a customer is treated. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
