From the time we walked in to the showroom our experience was a good one. Bill talked with us about what we were trying to accomplish and showed us around the showroom. He helped get prices and answered questions about the tile and new innovations in flooring. We took home samples and began to decide a strategy and pick our tile preference. We were unsure and wanted to see more so they gave us a couple more samples to look at in home. We made our decision and began the process. Tiles were ordered and within a week we were set up for installation. The installers showed up promptly on the day to begin and worked until 8:30 that evening (with our permission). They returned the next two days at the time they said and worked nonstop. No phone calls, no real breaks, about 1/2 and hour for lunch -- they were killin it!! By mid day on day three they were finished. No messes left anywhere. They did an excellent job and we could not be happier with our new floors. Was back in touch with Bill our salesman and expressed our happiness as well as with Kevin the installation foreman. This has been a great experience for us and we in fact ordered more tile to do our bedroom.

We needed to put new tile in this rental house master bath. Acadian Flooring had a fantastic selection of tiles in a very nice showroom. I met with Robert Smith who was very helpful in helping us select the tile we wanted. The tile seemed like an excelelnt price. From here on out I ordered the tile, set up the measurment visit which occurred the next day, scheduled the installation, and paid with a credit card all over the phone. We needed the tile installed as quickly as possible, and the job was completed in one week. Acadian's installer was Sean Dimak of Lexis Group, and he did an excellent job of cutting and fitting the tile in a very complicated room, with 3 closets, toilet room, 2 vanities, and tub. Sean did the cutting and laying (about 165 sq ft.) in one day (with a helper), a Saturday, came back on Sunday to do the grout, and again on Monday to polish the tile. I would use Sean again as I think that he did an excellent job.
