+ -1 moreMy fridge was leaking. I called them to come out and replace it. They would not give me a time when they would come. I was first told it would delivered the next day. I later found out that it wouldn't be for another 2 weeks. When they came out and installed the fridge, they broke my window to my door.
Description of Work: I bought I kitchen package about 5 years ago. My fridge had to be replaced recently.

+ -1 moreWe met the salesman at a home show and then followed up with him to get prices on applicances and a mattress we needed. We had reviewed the models we were interested in on Consumer Reports and worked with him to get prices and availability on those models. All the information I requested was presented, questions answered, and no pressure. From sales to delivery we were more than satisfied with the exxperience.
Description of Work: Purchased a refrigerator, washer, dryer, and mattress from A-1. The sales process went very smoothly. A-1 offers price matching and prices were matched without me having to do the research. Delivery was scheduled when I needed it and everything was delivered on time and installed without a glitch.
