 + -1 moreRemoved old sink faucet assembly and replaced with new faucet set. Was quick, did a good job and was not messy while doing the job. In and out in an hour, which was the estimated time he had given me on the phone. He did this job through Metro Plex Plumbing.

 + 6 moreWe are very happy with how this looks and functions! We had been burned in the past by a handyman, so this was a pleasant experience. It was nice to know the job would be finished to our satisfaction without being taken advantage of. Overall, we would highly recommend John as an honest, friendly, capable handyman who can tackle most repair jobs with an eye for detail. He always made sure to clean up, he called if he was delayed getting here and then stayed late to compensate, and his fees are less than what most others charge. We plan to use him again in the future. Time to get that honey-do list done!
Description of Work: We hired John to do a whole host of odd jobs that needed finishing up from our remodel last Fall. He was at our house for about a week, and we were very satisfied with the quality of his work. He installed a back splash and mosaic glass tile border around our master bath sink that turned out beautifully. He also put the finishing touches on our bathroom such as painting, caulk, drywall repair/re-texturing, etc. He is a precision painter. The entire room is now finally the way we wanted it 6 months ago! Due to the house shifting, our bathroom door wouldn't close, and he was able to fix that for us. In addition, John sprayed on a new surface for our slippery shower pan that made it very safe. Around the house, we had 2 ceiling fans and several light fixtures to install as well, since my husband can't use ladders too much. It was a relief to have John get that done! Outside, we were having some problems with our garage flooding, and John resolved this by adding a gutter over the garage door with an attached rain barrel concealed by a pretty white lattice enclosure.
