CAJUN ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Description of Work: Unprofessional, not punctual, had me waiting all afternoon for him to arrive for an appointment to change some electrical outlets and install a chandelier that was made four days prior. He did not have the courtesy to contact me to let me know that he would not be able to do the installation. I left several messages throughout the day and he never returned my calls. After finally reaching him three and a half hours after his scheduled appointment, he hung up on me while I was giving him instructions to my home. I wasted an entire day moving furniture and getting electrical supplies in preparation for services that were never rendered and an appointment that was never kept. In addition, if an appointment cannot be kept, a vendor should at least show the client the decency of calling them in a timely fashion to reschedule and not waste the client's time. If this is the way that Cajun Electrical Services does business then I choose to take my business elsewhere.
