We have used another plumber for years and when we called him to unclog under sewer line in the back he told us that he would not come anymore because our 50-year old clay pipes were breaking and untill we replaced them he wasn't coming; "he was too busy." Since we had family from out-of-town coming we called B.J's and told him the situtation. Within 20 minutes he was at our house cleaning out the sewer line in the back yard so we would be able to flush our toilets without any problems. We spoke with him about the broken clay pipes and he told us that he would be more than happy to give us an estimate and work with us on replacing them. The following week he was at the house along with a crew of men digging up our backyard with a backhoe replacing about 150 feet of clay pipes. The price he quoted us was the exact price we paid. The job took less than half-a-day whereas the first plumber told us that it might take him two days. Which would have forced us into a hotel room. And since we have two cockatiels it would have been difficult to have a nice hotel in this area that allows pets without having to pay up to $200 each as a security deposit even if birds would have stayed in their cages. Would I use BJ's again. Yes, in a heart-beat.

It went fine. They're very reasonable, he got there when he said he would get there, it took about 3 hours to get the job done, and he only charged me 200 dollars. He came to do the job the day after I told him about the job.
