Description of Work: Two and a half years ago he installed my air conditioner. I was having problems with heating and cooling and they kept coming back to repair my system. The issue has not been resolved. The temperature is not where it needs to be. About two months ago I called him because our inside temperature was 82 degrees and he told me he had already wrapped up for the day. I got a second opinion and discovered that the unit did not have a twinin kit. I sent Cisco a letter and told him if he didn't come back and fix it I would hire someone else and send him the bill. He ordered the parts returned and fixed my unit. Right now the unit the unit is working but it is working very hard. I will not use him again.

They arrived on time and performed the Summer portion of the annual maint. package. By paying the $185 they will come out again in the fall to clean/check the heater. This trip they checked/cleaned the internal blowere unit, changed the filter (I have one of those fancy accordion type filters). They usually bring one out, but I had ordered a couple on Amazon so they just changed it out for me. Then they went outside an cleaned the outside unit, checked for Freon, etc. Ciscos installed the Bryant system I have about 14 years ago and it is still running like a champ. No problems so far, but I do have it serviced on a regular basis.
