Prompt and courteous. Did exactly what I needed done.

The job was to replace a 12' section of damage facia. The guy did a good job, but struggled with the job because it should have been a two person job ...per him. A two hour job turned into an almost four hour job because the worker had to wait for an hour and a half for someone to help him.

They promised last year they were coming back to fixed ceiling fan the light fixtures but didn’t. They will not response to my texts or voicemails. Now I found the air conditioner was replace plus the air conditioner condenser is blocked and will be replace . The my money an ran

After 2 tries Tech seemed green

Wanted to give a local company a chance- gave them a lot of chances. Job could not be completed in time. Communication was subpar, always later than planned and lots of clean up on customer part

He was not prepared. He arrived as at 9:00 am. He had to leave to go purchase the grab bar. That took almost 35 minutes. He realized he needed a part for his tool that he could not find in his truck. He had to leave again to go to purchase the parts. That took almost 40 minutes. He installed the grab; however, rings on the end were never properly attached.

It would have been very helpful if they had taken the packaging off. Iâ m 80!years old and it was hard for me to get it all to the curb.. other than that the job was great

Did good work. Workmen did not communicate well about when they would be at the job but did good work while on the job. Did not pick up trash but did stack it.
