 + -1 moreMickey came and provided a thorough inspection and gave us an estimate. We had three structures to be completed including ridge vents. He guaranteed to replace any bad wood (if discovered). It turned out there was roof damage surrounding the chimney flashing. This was quickly replaced and new flashing installed. The work took a little longer due to the rainy conditions. Mickey was here every day and put in long days (in the heat) until the work was completed. I never had the first question of the expertise or dependability of the service.
Description of Work: Our insurance company had mentioned we needed a roof replacement in the future. We initially looked at different reviews of contractors in the area.
