+ -1 moreDeric's came out promptly and put in extra effort to fix the problem, which was replacing a defective fan motor. They are even going the extra mile to help me get warranty coverage after another company (A-1 Air Conditioning) incompetently (or worse) did not install the units I paid for and screwed up the warranty.
Description of Work: A/C repair in a very hot attic.

Description of Work: Replaced a/c unit upstairs. Came when promised and worked expeditiously. Came promptly when there was a problem and found the manufacturer's defect. Thermostat is still not functioning properly when weather is very hot or very cold due to thermostat's location on attic wall. This is the same location as the old, low-tech thermostat. Deric has offered to move it and we may accept. |
