It was a rainy and dreary day - they worked all day and did an excellent job cleaning up the concerned area. We used this company since 2000 because of their dependability.

He went out to the truck to see what it would cost me - he told me it would be $278.00 to have it shipped and $959.00 to have the coil installed. I got the job done for $286.00 by another company. The part was under warranty, so the part was free. There was a $900.00+ difference. Tim also gave me pricing for freon. He said it would be $78.00 for the 1st pound, and $108.00 for the additional 2 pounds. The company that I used charged $24.00 for the first pound and $12.00 for the additional 1/2 pound.

It went O.K.

Tim's did great work. I did not get any competitive bids, and I sense that I may have paid on the high end. But the workers were very courteous, professional and respectful, and we felt comfortable having them around the house (unlike some workers). The unit works great. We had a few minor problems with the A/C following the renovation, but Tim's techs came out right away to get things fixed (for no charge). We are happy with Tim's and would use Tim's again.

They did a great job. Their price was good. Their worker was very good. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me the option of either changing the compressor or changing the entire unit; most people wouldn?t give the options. I?ll definitely use them in the future.

Our old air conditioner was leaking freon and we had to have it filled every couple months. We knew we had to get a new unit but they are so expensive so we put it off as long as possible. We got 2 estimates and Tim's was the better of the 2. They were eager to please and did a good job. They gave us a free digital thermostat for choosing their company. I really like it as it lights up so I don't have to use a flashlight in the middle of the night. There was a problem with the compressor so they came back and replaced it at no charge. Follow up: I am still upset at the attitude of this man who was so nice in the beginning. My husband was very ill at the time and was lying in the living room on the sofa. He has since passed away, but that man was so angry with us because the a/c unit was freezing up and yanked the covers off the vents and was yelling at us about wasting his time and would charge us $600 if we called him again. My brother in law and family were visiting from MD and luckily he owns an a/c business and told this man to check something in the unit with a meter. It was that simple part and not the compressor outside that was the problem. Their mistake at the time of instillation. It upset my terminally ill husband and all of us so much. He didn't apologize. That unit was $4000 and under warranty. Very uncalled for.
