Description of Work: We Bought a washing machine. Great customer service. Everything was loaded and we were treated like valued customers. Much better than our previous experience with Lowe's. Thanks Home Depot. The washer is absolutely amazing. Now my wife has to teach me how to use it.

+ -1 moreThey are lousy. I had gotten it on clearance and got $200 off. It just had one little nick on it. They charged $85 for the delivery and all they did for delivery was drop it in my carport. They smashed the top of the stove and it had dings all over it. They had repaired the tiny nick which I didn't want them to do and they had done a lousy job with that. We had gas leaking and they really messed up the stove. We had to take it back; they didn't come and get it. They did refund the money and yesterday they refunded the delivery fee. The service was very lousy. We would purchase from them again but we will haul it ourselves.
Description of Work: I purchased a really nice stove from Home Depot.

+ -1 moreSo far, the two bedrooms have been taken care of and we are awaiting the arrival of our bedroom carpet. It takes a while for the carpet to show up at the Home Depot but as soon as its there they call the installers and they schedule work at your home. We priced them against another company and found that the quality and the $199 flat install price for all rooms came out to be more affordable and better quality since floor installers are some of the shadiest laborers out there in my opinion.
Description of Work: Had two bedrooms installed with carpet. We dealt with Shep in the flooring department exclusively. He has been extremely helpful. We are awaiting the arrival of our bedroom carpet and we plan to have our living room and kitchen floors replaced.
