Great, no problems....

A friend recommended them. I've been using them for 7 or 8 years.

Mr. Roland is my new best friend! I live in south Louisiana and at this time of the year, the temperature and heat index exceed 105 degrees. Yesterday morning, my central A/C unit stopped working. The fan still worked but the compressor would not kick on and there was no cool air. Due to a family emergency, I wasn't able to contact a repair company until this morning. After reviewing Angie's List, I selected Roland's Heating and A/C. It was approximately 7:45 a.m. when I contacted the company and left a message with the answering service. Imagine my surprise when Mr. Roland called me less than two (2) minutes later! I explained the problem I was having and he told me he was on a job but would call me once he was finished. Not long afterwards, he called to say he had finished the job and was headed to my home. Once here, it took him less than fifteen (15) minutes to diagnose the problem - a burnt fuse. He replaced the fuse and also washed out the unit. Mr. Roland even called about an hour later to check to see if everything was still working properly. Considering it was early on a Sunday morning, I was thrilled so have had such a quick response AND repair! Some may feel that the price I paid as a lot; but, considering the heat and humidity where I live and the after-hours service call, I did not hesitate to write the check! Thank you Mr. Roland!

Whenever I have any problems, he is here immediately. He is very knowledgable about heating and air conditioning in general. He is very honest and reliable.
