tech came a day earlier than scheduled, very professional, efficient, after fixing circuit, he identified a faulty electrical panel and lack of special breaker for pool pump, gave me a quote and i approved completed replacement in 2 hours. Excellent

They arrived and did a good job the first time although it was a little expensive My complaint is that they are far too expensive. The last time they arrived they gave me a quote for over $400 to install two ceiling fans. This wasn't even a new install, just replacing two existing fans so the wiring is already in place. I certainly don't begrudge a company for making money but these prices are far out of line for the job being done and more affordable options are available.

We needed to have an outlet added in our kitchen, and 4 outlets replaced, a ceiling light installed, and under the counter lighting. Mr. Electric was efficient on the phone. An appointment was set, and two electricians showed up on time. They surveyed the electrical box and outlets, gave an estimate, and then I chose what work I wanted done (1 outlet added and 4 more changed out). I did not elect to have some work done, as I found the price high ($290 to install a small ceiling light, $1800 for under the counter)They did the work quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

Very knowledgeable of what needed to be done & it was done professionally

Technician was prompt, courteous, diagnosed problem and fixed it quickly.

I thought they were very high, very high priced. They came back a couple times and the first time they ordered the wrong plug but they are good about coming back, like if you have a problem but they are very, probably one of the highest priced electricians in town. Would I use them again, not for the price.

Before I could get the work done, he was fired for some reason.

I had a generator put in. I got three different estimates and Mr. Electric was one of the estimates. Very nice but they didn't come in with the lowest estimate. They were very nice people. I probably would not use them again in future because now I have got loyalty to the electrician that actually did do the work.

It went well, they did work for me. No problems.

Everything was fine. They did a good job, it was neat. They were efficient. The servicemen were polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Had a new convection oven which needed 240. Electriction wired plug and ran a new line to breaker box. Moved breakers and installed new line in box. Quincy was very professional. Would work with these guys again.

The doorbell was stuck. The person arrived on time and was very friendly. He fixed the doorbell and since I have had no problem.

Original quote was around $560, but because the electrician was able to re-route some of the original wire run (can be a more complicated issue in a first floor ceiling in two story house) such that it leaves the ceiling much cleaner, having only one junction box rather than two, and chose to tell that this way will save me almost $200. Indeed, the final bill was much lower than the initial quote. My phone conversation with office personnel was awesome - they were very responsive and wonderfully polite. The electrician who came out was timely, professional, very honest and did fantastic work. I would definitely, and will be using them in the future for two more similar jobs in this house. great folks to work with. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I would tell others they are very prompt in an emergency. They explained things to where it made sense. They did the repairs quickly.

Kevin came out on the Saturday before Easter to check an issue we were having with outlets not working in part of our house. He was kind and professional. Very thorough in his work and was able to fix the problem pretty quick giving us peace of mind.

Very well. Service provider, Mr. Q. Carter, was prompt, flexible, and very professional. Took the inevitable surprises one finds in an old house's electric system in stride. Came back promptly couple of weeks later to check on an outlet not working right. Waiting time for their services is long, but I asked for service in event of a cancellation and they delivered on that promise. These are real professionals...not cheap, but reliable and skilled. You will get your money's worth I believe

The technician, Quincy Carter, arrived on time. Assessed everything and gave me the price. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked all day and did an awesome job. I will hire them again to do electrical work. Work was very professionally installed. As I live in a mobile home, I wanted to be sure my wiring was sufficient to not cause any problems. This was the only negative as he informed they could not go through and check the wiring a and panels for load. I will need to find another electrician to do this. Price was what he quoted. Very impressive work.

They came out to house within 45 min after call. Really appreciated the quick response since I had no hot water.
