Dave Broussard A/C was great! They paid a great deal of attention to the issue and did a very good evaluation of my home cooling issue. I was able to receive a written report which supported my thought an undersized A/C system. To date, Dave Broussard has done more productive activity at my home than the actual builder, Francez Builders, whom I would never buy a home from again.

They had the best price and service has been good. We would recommend them to other people.

We have an 1100 square foot townhouse valued around 95K and Paul pitched 3 quotes. One for 12K, one for 11K and one of 10K. When we told him we wanted just a replacement of what we had before, his entire demeanor changed. We received a quote for 6K and he couldn't pack up quickly enough. After receiving 2 more quotes, my husband decided he wanted to go through Dave Broussard for the benefit of financing even though we received a quote on the same unit that was 1K cheaper from another company. All of a sudden Paul's promises of installation by the end of the week changed to unreturned calls, the finance office never returned our call after they approved us for the wrong amount and eventually we were absolutely disgusted with the fact that we were so mishandled after such personal service in the beginning. Amazingly, after 3 weeks we received a call back from Paul towards the end of the month asking us what we decided to do about our unit replacement. By this time we had already replaced the unit at a cost of $5000 and were satisfied with service form another company. Paul acted so surprised that he dropped the ball and never called us back. It was an obvious end of the month sales effort aimed in the wrong direction. Not only will we not ever use this company, we have told all of our friends and employers about this experience.

Service calls and sales call went very well. All requested details about service and products has been readily and courteously provided.

Our ground connect AC in the attic leaked and flooded our first floor. Dave Broussard used an existing unit for our upstairs loft which was too big and configured it to cool the bedroom zone on the first floor. Also installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split ductless heat pump for our attic loft. Everything works well.

The problem was resolve quickly and very professionally. I believe our onsite technician's name was Kalem. He was knowledgeable in identifying the system and ensured we were taken care of. I would definitely use Dave Broussard AC and Heating for the next time!

He took room measurements, total square footage and wrote it all down. He told us want they would do when changing the unit.

They came in on time and were very professional. They replaced my indoor and outdoor units with no problem. They cleaned up after themselves and explained every thing.

I am very satisfied with the results. The new AC works great and I am much more comfortable now than before with the old unit. The Installer Team obviously planned the job before starting as the results showed not only reflected excellent workmanship but a professional installation. The installation was finished and working the same day it was begun, so that night was very comfortable sleeping. The clean up was complete.

I had a new AC unit installed downstairs and a part replaced on upstairs unit. Everyone was very courteous and polite. Had a few cooling issues with the unit after installation and response time was quick when called until all issues resolved.

From start to finish, the members of this organization performed very professionally, providing very detail information at the quotation stage, smooth process for the purchase agreement, and the crew performing the installation took extreme care to avoid collateral damage, especially for my hardwood floors, and did an outstanding installation of the system in the attic. I continue to use their maintenance service on a semi-annual basis.

I have used them for years. They are excellent. The guy used to work for another heating company. Later, he went on his own. He does a really good job. I keep him busy. The last time I used his services, I spent $33,000. He is not a large company yet. So, his services are very personal. His business is going good now. His pricing is a little steep, though. I will use his services again in the future.

It went well. The tech found a nagging squeaking noise source doing his maintenance check and fixed that. I initially called them when I purchased the home to fix an issue found by the building Inspector I hired. I was impressed with the quality of their work, promptness and courtesy and purchased a maintenance agreement from them.

Around 10:00 AM an airconditioner went down at the restaurant. Looked on Angies List, found Dave Broussards Heating and A/C, called them up and asked if they had someone they could send out in a rush to see if we could get the A/C running again before lunch. They were very courteous and sent a technician right away; he did the necessary repair and the A/C was running before the lunch crowd arrived. Also asked that a technician look into an airflow problem in the addition. He found that a blower had gone down and within 2 working days had that repaired. Also had a split unit A/C installed in the kitchen. It had to be installed so that the installation didn't interfere with breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dave sent out a team at 04:00 in the morning and they had the installation done before breakfast started.

They repaired my AC on 6/7/2011, barely a month later it's not working again. This is a 4 year old unit. Again they came out the same day, which is good, but without any time given. I was not notified that they were going to charge me $109 just to come out this time; last time it was $79. The technician did the work, charging me $336 and never asked me to approve the work. I'm still not sure it had to be done, or even why that should have made it work again. The next day, I had water all over the floor by the unit. I called, and they assured me that it was nothing they had done. I called another company that came highly recommended. They arrived and said that I might need a plumber, but since they were there they would try. They fixed it and charged me $48 for the trip. Needless to say, I'll be using Grossi in the future.

Called after hours on a recommendation from my dad. Technician came out did his investigation explained the problem and did the job. Just like you wish all service providers would act. Awesome.

Anthony arrived, diagnosed the problem - a bug shorted out the contact - and replaced the part. He was competent and polite. His visit took about 15 minutes. I do feel that the charge was high for the time involved. I can undertand a charge for the trip if I decided not to have them do the service, but adding $79 onto the service cost is a bit much, just my opinion.
