I have a maintenance contract with Broussard AC & Heating Inc. I am very satisfied with their work and feel they do a good job.

company was very responsive and went out of the way to accommodate customer's time constraints company installers were very knowledgeable and efficient

They are really good. Mr. Broussard has passed away and his wife is running the business now. They also do the work for my company. They are really good people. They don?t try and take advantage of you financially. They come in and take care of what they say they are going to take care of. They do it in a timely manner. They are a good group to work with.

The service and work are the best. Everyone from the estimator "comfort specialist" to the installers, to the follow up is above par. Price a bit higher but worth it! We actually went crazy with our previous estimator from another company who was not being as thorough. This time we really did get what we paid for. Excellent.

I was skeptical at first, as I wasn't sure about this company - it seems there are *two* "Broussard Heating and A/C"s in this area. I was a litte late getting there, and when I turned onto my street, I noticed no one at my house. Then I got a message on my cell phone (as I had requested) saying that the technician was severely delayed, could I reschedule? I couldn't, but then the girl on the phone that that was fine, tho the technician would likely be there after 5 - this was fine with me, as I wasn't planning on going anywhere. Just before 6, the technician showed up and apologized profusely for being late, as his last job ran WAY longer than expected. He examined my unit thouroughly, ran the heat and a/c through some tests, and checked out the indoor filters, which I noted needed changing and told him I would be doing so ASAP. He suggested a place in town to get inexpensive filters, but noted that if there was an allergy sufferer in the house, I would probably be better off getting the same filters I had been using. He made sure I understood just what he had done. Then we went to the outside unit for him to inspect - he told me it was 24 years old and holding up well. He checked all the connections to the unit. We talked a bit about what I should expect with a unit that age - I asked if I should have my landlord replace the unit before it failed. He told me he didn't think it needed replacing right then, I should probably get another 2 years out of it, and I could call him at any time for help - he said he didn't live far away and we weren't far from the office as well. Overall, the check took about 45 minutes - they estimated an hour. I was very pleased with the service, and it was a pleasure to deal with these folks on the phone, after some places my landlord has referred me to for A/C service!
