+ -1 moreMr. Green met with me the same day I called for an estimate. He charges a fee for the estimate but spent an hour discussing the issues with the trees. I called the next day to agree to the services. I was only told that they are busy so they couldn't do the job right away. After 3 weeks I called on a Monday to check the status. I was told that definitely they would be there by the end of the week. They didn't show and on Saturday called to tell me it would be by Tuesday at the latest. That entire week went by and I heard nothing. The week after that my husband called and we were told they would be there the following day. Finally they kept their word. They were obviously experienced and professional. I was pleased with the work. My yard has a lot of landscaping and they did not damage any of it. However, they drove the lift equipment over a very small patch of grass in the backyard. Grass that I was proud of. It was easily avoidable as most of the yard is covered in cement pavers. The equipment caused deep grooves in the dirt and grass. No apology or offered discount. Also a small tree was supposed to be pruned and listed on the contract. I called because it was not pruned and they discounted the price by $25. Quality work, but because of the issues I had I would not recommend. There are probably better options in our area.
Description of Work: Pruned several trees, braced 1 tree and used a root treatment on several trees.

+ -1 moreThey did a very good job. They cut down some trees and grinded the stumps and hauled everything away. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: We've used him a couple of times in the last six months for tree trimming and removal.

Description of Work: I had no idea what to spend to prune the trees in the back yard, but it was important to me to take care of the trees which are old so I called this company and they came out and gave me the estimate which was high but I needed to get the job done. The trees were pruned satisfactorily , but I did have to asked them to clean up the yard afterward because what they did clean up they didn't clean up enough. That was the end of that. I was ok with the job until I spoke to a friend who said she paid $300 to her trees pruned and she had many more trees in her yard than mine. I guess I feel cheated. Should have known better and gotten more estimates.
