+ -1 moreThis company was awesome. I called on Monday, August 22 and Brad Lafleur (the company owner) came to my home that day. He even call several hours in advanced to inform me that he was running late because of some service calls that required more time than expected. He evaluated the system and later that evening he mailed me an estimate for 2 systems (SEER 13 amd SEER 16). My wife and I elected to proceed with replacement of the existing with the SEER 16 unit and informed Brad on Thursday. He came on Monday and replaced with outside portion of the system and returned on Tuesday to complete the installation. The new unit had that section of my home cooler than it can ever remember. The unit is so quiet I was not sure that it was on. The final bill was exactly the same as the price on the estimate. Brad and his partner was completely professional. They completed the work at agreed and is not do any work that was not needed. I have 2 other units which will need to be replaced in the new future. I will, with out a doubt, use this company. I have already recommended this company to friends and family.
Description of Work: Brad's A/C and heating replaced an old 2 ton central air conditioner, air handler, and heating system with a Trane XL15i (SEER 16) unit. He also corrected mistakes made during the installation of the original duct work.
