We received pricing early 2013 and they gave us a start date. NOTE: We did price with multiple companies and Acadiana pools was in-line with similar products from other installers. As time progressed, we got a call back to pick out finishes and options. I was worried about this part since there are so many options. They were very informative and helped us put together a great combo. When the install date got close, they actually called to inform us that they could start a day earlier than the original schedule if we'd like. The crew was very professional and did nice work. We had a couple issues as with any large project. A small scratch in the pool and a light kit acted up. They responded immediately and resolved the issues no questions asked. I've heard stories of problems with pool installers not following up after the sale. We've called with questions a few times after everything was done and they've always responded quickly. Bottom line is we're very pleased with our pool and the entire process was very professional.
