Description of Work: I met James at Sutherland Material Supply while I was looking for a small plumbing part. The salesman said that they did not sell the part, but James, standing nearby, said that he has the part in his truck. He stopped what he was doing and went to his truck and gave me the part!! No Charge! Thank you James!
