Called them in the AM, were able to show late that afternoon on time. Tech did the work listed. Doors work great again.

I have used Twin City Overhead Door Inc four times since 01/30/1003. Service performed by Derrick or Steve. They have responded to my calls promptly and professionaly. I have a bouble car garage with a single heavy door over 25 years old. I have been very satisfied with the friendly courteous service. The last service charge on 01/28/2011 to replace a cable was $92. This work done by Derrick.

Due to an incident with a trailer hitch, our garage door was badly bent and we assumed we would need a new door. We had never been very happy with the existing door--it was extremely noisy, slow to open, and had no windows. It also didn't reverse as quickly as it should have, which is partly why it was damaged so badly. I did have to call the Bossier number to get a response (I tried the Shreveport number that was listed in the yellow pages first). But once I reached them, Twin Cities made an appointment with us quickly and showed up when they said they would. They took only a few minutes to let me know they could repair the door rather than replace it, including a new panel with windows, and still save us several hundred dollars. I was a little hesitant but they assured me it would be as good as new--if we weren't happy with the repairs, they would replace the door without any extra charge for the additional labor. I agreed and they said they would be back the next day with the parts. Again, Twin Cities showed up as promised and quickly had the door fully repaired. They also installed a manual lock for even less than the estimate. Much to my surprise, they didn't fix the door as good as new--they fixed it better than new! There is no change in appearance--you would never know by looking at it that several panels were replaced. The door now works beautifully--smoothly and so quiet I had to open my car window to hear it at all. They even rewired the button in the garage so it would light up (it hadn't been installed properly) at no extra charge. I was very impressed with their knowledge, skill and speed as well as reliability. I highly recommend this company.

I had previously had Overhead Garage Door Co in Shreveport over to repair a broken spring (supposedly). They did a half-assed patch job, charging a good deal of money. Subsequently the door let loose and fell, while my mobility-impaired daughter was closing it, narrowly missing her. She uses a walker to get around, and this could have easily resulted in a fatality or very serious injury. My advise, based on my experience, using Overhead Door Co of Shreveport could be hazardous to your health. On the other hand, Twin City Overhead Door seems to have done an excellent job.

It was cold and raining and windy. He was here in the neighborhood on another call. He got here I think about 8:30 or quarter to nine and he didn’t leave till about ten and my door works perfectly. He was a very polite young man and was very professional. His name is Steven. I would use him in a heartbeat.

I got tired of waiting on another garage door company called these guys and they were at the house within one hour, did a nice job and were cheaper than two other companies I called.
