Twin City Exterminating is a family-owned and operated termite and pest control business in the Shreveport / Bossier City area that has been protecting homes and businesses from termite infestations and household pests since 1978. We are the owners, father and son Dominick and John Digilormo, and between us we have over 50 years of experience. Our object is simple and clear. We will make sure your environment is free of creepy crawlies whether damaging or just annoying.We specialize in termite prevention and treat approximately 700 homes every year for termites using your choice of conventional termite control methods or the Advance Termite Bait System. We both are bonded, insured and licensed through the Louisiana Structural Pest Commission so you can have every confidence in our abilities to get the job done and get it done right. It doesn't matter what kind of termite you have because we protect structures from both Native and Formosan termites. In Louisiana, you could have either. But a barrier against all termite infestation is our mission. And we won't quit until it is done.

Twin City did the initial treatment when my house was built in 2008. I have used them every year since to do an annual inspection. They came on 7/5/13 to do my inspection. As always, they are very thorough and professional. I really appreciate that they set up a specific appointment time and are always very punctual. My appointment was for Friday at 8:30 and they were ringing my doorbell at 8:30. It has been that way every year since 2009.
