Sammie Craft has a history with our home going back 2 owners before us. He is known in this are for being one of, if not THE best engineers, and has been doing this for about 50 years. (over 3000 foundations) He definitely knows what he's doing, and we have hired him twice, for two refinances. He responded very promptly, scheduled quickly, and showed up right on time He saved us money because a bad appraiser said an inspection was needed when it wasn't, and Mr. Craft was able to do a streamlined report based on his previous knowledge of our foundation. He proved to Quicken loans that it had not changed stability in over 20 years since repairs had been made, and thus we were able to continue our refinance. You cannot go wrong using this engineer. He has extensive experience in this area of the country, and knowledge which can only be attained after a lifetime of doing the work. It will be a loss for the community if he ever decides to retire!
