 + -1 moreTech identified the issue and gave me a price to replace the lights. Work was great but cost seemed very high. Paid to have the initial service work done then decided to replace the lights myself due to high estimate for the work to replace the two lights.
Description of Work: Outdoor lights were not working on the back of the house.

 + -1 moreAfter the first company was a no show, I called McNeer. The electrician called me to let me knowing he was running behind schedule and showed up 10 minutes later. They got me up and running and I had them come back out the next week to install a new panel in the shop. They were on time and very professional, would definitely recommend!
Description of Work: The electricity went out in the shop behind my house. Had a panel installed.

Description of Work: We have four Modern Forms Jedi WS-2818-BZ LED outside lights. One of the lights quit working, and based on the positive reviews I read on Angie's List, I called and made an appointment to have an electrician come to our home to repair it. From the time I called and visited with Gail to schedule the appointment until when Patrick left our home, it was a extremely professional and positive experience. Patrick identified the issue quickly and was effective, efficient and safe completing the repair. Patrick also did little things that mattered like taking his shoes off without us asking before coming inside. I was so impressed with Patrick and the overall experience, I purchased the one year Safety and Savings Plan for our entire home. When we have electrical preventative maintenance or repair work, it will be McNeer Electrical Contracting who does it!

We have always thought their prices were fair and that they are MORE than honest. Patrick our technician, is a wonderful Christian man whom I am more than comfortable to have in my home. He is always professional and always does a good job. We have used McNeer several times in the past 2 and a half years. They are prompt in getting to you to repair your problem and back up their work. I love doing business with a good locally owned .....honest Christian business.

Description of Work: The changed the GFRI associated with my hot tub. The root of the problem was not with the GFRI so he didn't go any further. I thought it was pretty expensive, but they came the day after I called them and they showed up when they said they would. These days that is priceless!
