I have no idea if they do quality work or not, I only know that it costs $120 for them to tell me they don't fix my issue. I called and hired them for a ceiling fan repair. The receptionist said they do that and scheduled an appointment. She said it would be $69 service fee plus whatever the job cost which I agreed to. The guys shows up at my house takes a quick look at my fan and says it's probably the motor and we don't work on fan motors. By the way the fee to check is $52. So in total I spent $121 for nothing. I mentioned to the repair man that this was a terrible business practice, because had I know they did not work on fan motors I would have never agreed to book them. He gave me a BS response about how the secretaries would need to be out in the field and go to school to know stuff like that. Is it so much to ask that when a fan repair request comes through, the secretary says, it will be be $69 service fee, $52 to check but please be aware we do not work on fan motors. I would think an issue with the motor is the most common issue, so clearly they are just dispatching people for fan repairs to collect a quick $121.

Our electrician was very knowledgeable & a fast worker. He was professional and friendly/helpful. The price for what we had done was a little on the high side (we felt) but overall we are happy.

They were on time the technician was polite and friendly. He explained to me their pricing system vs the standard hourly charge. After understanding what needed to be done he walked my home for possible electrical improvements. The work I called n was done quickly and expertly and I took them up on some improvements. I will be using them for all my future electrical needs.
