The gentleman made a mistake and broke a ceiling fan blade bracket. He took responsibility and corrected the problem at his cost. In kind, I allowed him to sell me and install and second fan to our mutual benefit.

McNeer came and install exactly what was needed to get our doorbell working again. I’ve tried other electricians for this same job and the doorbell stopped working in a matter of days.

McNeer was one of the most professional services I have had the pleasure of working with. They explain options to you before charging you anything. They were a little pricier than I expected for the work, and maybe it is because I side more on the cheap side, but I will gladly pay more money again for good quality service like that. I have a Home Warranty that I will probably not use anymore because they always send garbage help, HomeAdvisor has given me quality professionals every time I have used them. Happy customer!

Very professional, on-time team who got the work done promptly, porefessionally and cleanly. I would recommend them if you are in a pinch. Hired to install an outlet in a fireplace for an electric conversion. Job required swapping out a fuse on the exterior panel (20 minutes), drilling a hole through to easy access pier/beam crawlspace (20 minutes), conduit, and plug. Total time for 2-man team, 2 hours. Cost $520. Typical outlet installation $100-150. This job shouldn't have cost parts plus $100 an hour for labor (2 men x 2 hours). Appreciate the professionalism of the team -- but would have skipped on them due to price if we hadn't been in a time crunch.

I had McNeer ,out during the flood in 03-2016, to assist in getting my electric turned on. After that, I had McNeer out 3 more times about a service upgrade estimate. The reason they had to come out 3 times is I wanted it to be done with a Service poll, instead of mounting a breaker box & meter on the front of my house, that was first quoted. The second time, I had them quote me on moving upstairs breaker box to the main breaker box down stairs. The third time was to verify work to be done, pricing & service poll location. I'm very pleased with the timely service of the installation of the upgrade. My power was down around 5 hours. After completion they cleaned up all the trash. If I ever have any more problems, I would you them again.
