Very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Michael did a very thorough job and was very open to all my questions.

Andy and his crew came out on the morning we had selected and the guys went to work right away. We actually enjoyed their company, as they were so respectful and courteous. And the ladies in the office were just as nice on the phone. What I know about Killer For Hire is they do a great job. They also were spoken highly of by one of their competitors, who shall remain nameless. And they came in with the lowest priced contract. You want be disappointed if you hire them.

Very efficient and professional.

Had termites swarming. Andy came out the same day, explained to me all about termites and the process. They did the treatment the next day. They did a great job. Could not ask for anything better!!!!

The guy that came over, when he originally gave me the assessment, he was smoking a cigarette while we were walking around and I found it to be unprofessional. I don’t have a problem with him smoking, but he kept throwing the cigarette butts in the grass of the house, which really irritated me. After they gave me a clean bill of health for the house, I bought the house and as I was cleaning, I noticed there was a termite hole. I called him and told him what I found and that they were just here. I had my buddy over who knows a lot about termites and he said it had to be there for a while. I told them that they needed to cover the damage and they apologized for the issue. I called them back twice after that and both times they never called me back.

When I was pregnant, I had several friends bring me bags and boxes of baby stuff. Apparently on of them brought me roaches as well. As soon as I started noticing them, I panicked, and called this company, because I had seen it in my neighborhood. So the 1st time I call, the lady tells me I need to remove everything from my cabinets and prepare to leave the home for a few hours. That is totally understandable. Then my husband calls to schedule a time for this and the technician(Adam) said that was crazy, he didn't have to do any of that. So he came and I told him that I had seen the roaches around the deep freezer, he pulled it out and sprayed around it very good. Then he did a walk trough in the rest of the house and left. Total time spent was 30 minutes. Later, we found out that most initial visits from exterminator companies last 2-3 hours. Oh, did I mention, you have to sign a 6 month contract with them. So, the month in between the 1st and 2nd visit, the roaches were a little better, but I still seen them. The next time he says he will put some roach bait in my cabinets, why wasn't this done the 1st time? He was in and out in approximately 20 minutes. In the past 9 months, we have had 4 different technicians inside our home. I find that a bit disturbing, apparently the turn over rate there is pretty quick. My husband called and spoke with a supervisor about Adam not spraying as well as we thought he should. He said he would come out here the next time with Adam and they would do it together, and spray out my cabinets as well. So, Adam shows up alone and claims he doesn't have the right spray in his truck for my cabinets and the supervisor didn't tell him a thing. What?!? I emptied my cabinets for nothing!! The new technician, Don, doesn't EVER call us to make arrangements for someone to let him inside, I've given him my phone number two separate times when he unexpectedly showed up. The days of the month vary, and now we only get the outside sprayed, which would be fine if the inside problem was ever taken care of appropriately. No one seems to really care what's going on at my house. I am discontinuing their services and finding a better company, after all in 9 months, I still have those disgusting roaches, and no one at Killer For Hire has expressed any effort to make sure we are taken care of.

I would not recommend this company.

They do a good job. Louisiana has a lot of bugs so it's good to have an exterminator come in and spray around the house and the outside of the house. They do an excellent job. The price is good. They are trustworthy. They charge me on a monthly basis. It is cheaper if you buy it by the year. I didn't buy for the year because I am going to be moving.
