+ -1 moreThis is one lousy company. What they did was very little in terms of making the place clean, tidy and organized. Cramming boxes of belongings into closets is not my idea of cleaning or of "organizational skills." Damaging property and being generally careless is also not my idea of "cleaning."
Description of Work: Let me start by saying that the service was paid for by a friend and that Bonita charged an exorbitant amount. She, her husband and 2-3 helpers came for a very few hours and did not do anything like the number of hours nor, more importantly the job they were charged with doing. In fact, there is legal action currently being taken in relation to this "case," the nature of which is not entirely clear to me. Perhaps the most telling part of the experience was that I took ten minutes on the last day they were here to go to the store where I bought each person a cold drink. Upon my return, they were just pulling away from the house, not having completed the job and leaving my home unsecured. It is a disgrace when people take advantage of anyone but even more so when that person is disabled.

+ -1 moreI'm in town just for 2 days 1 night visiting my elderly parents and decided to get them a house cleaner to come twice a week to help them clean what they cant anymore. I called bonita's at 10am and set up an appointment for 5 p.m so I could meet her and discuss arrangements and also to meet my parents before I left town. I did not hear again from Bonita until she texted, not called, at 10pm. I only have limited time to spend with my parents and sitting around waiting for a house cleaner to show up for an interview to me is not considered quality time. I'm glad your business is doing so well.
