Description of Work: Installation was not the greatest. Tack strips were exposed, poor tucking of carpet, and the transitions were to hardwood were slanted because they ordered the wrong size t-molding and installed it anyway. Initial customer service and carpet selection was good. Would not use them again.

 + -1 moreSales staff were excellent. Floor removal team was different team from installation team and they did not seem as informed about the overall job agreement. Installation team was very good. No one returned (like a supervisor), though, to check on finished job. Overall, very satisfied with the job.

Description of Work: My mother's house flooded. She had used Henson before. This time, they took advantage of my mom's Alzheimer's. The insurance company paid almost $5,000. |Prior to this, she had some very plush carpet. |Honestly, the new carpet is crap. We've had it just over a year. It looks horrible. It's already showing the path lines. Additionally, she will more than likely replace it. Also, the new carpet cost was under $3, 000; and, therefore, Henson made a hefty sum of money at her expense. |Plus, she had to pay an additional sum of $250 because they put carpet where the front door opens. Prior to this, there was laminate. Now, the door was rubbing the carpet. To get the laminate put there, they charged her... For their mistake.

 + -1 moreContractors arrived on time and were very meticulous when preparing the surface that the carpet was to be installed on. I had some issues with a seam in the concrete and some uneven places. They repaired and leveled the concrete. Contractors were very experienced and did not hurry the job. Henson's has been around for a long time and is not one of these fly by night carpet companies.
Description of Work: Sold carpet to me and installed in room.

Description of Work: We picked our carpet for the home we were having built. I was not there when it was installed, but I am well pleased with the installation. I've had the carpet cleaned several times (3 dogs) and it is still as beautiful as when we moved into our home.

 + 1 moreThey did an excellent job on all the work they did and did it at a very reasonable price. The lady that works at the store helped us pick out the right ceramic tile to go with our laminate countertops and the best looking design of the ceramic tiles to go over our stove and sink. It looks much more expensive than what we paid.
Description of Work: They put carpet in 3 of our bedrooms. They put formica laminate on our kitchen countertops that looks just like stone and put ceramic tiles as a backsplash. They put a special design with the ceramic tiles over our sink and over our stove. They cut down one side of the edge of the kitchen countertop to fit in our new refrigerator.

 + 0 moreLike clockwork. This job went over several days because I added more things I wanted done as I saw just how good he was.
Description of Work: Kia Fletcher was the best. I had my bathroom re tiled and my kitchen and hall tiles repaired. He was so fast and professional yet such a refreshing trait you might not expect to find in such a young guy. He was hard working and conscientious. He called if he was going to be a few minutes late but most days he was right on time. He cleaned up after his work and made suggestions on items he could do to improve things. If I have any more work to do I will choose him. He also did work on a friends home that I recommended him to and they too are extremely please.

 + -1 moreI have been using them. I think they are like, what you see is what you get. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it. They are honest and they are a little expensive. I seen their merchandise and they had a lot of nice merchandise but I felt it was kind of high. I bought some of it but I wouldn't buy everything from them because they were too high.
