They did not show up on first appointment. Knocked on my door a week later and told me that there had been a death in the family. They performed the job the next day (10 Nov '11), but could not put the numbers on the front and sides until the mortar dried. The person that was the overseer and owner told me that he would be back on 12 Nov 2011 to put the numbers on the structure. I went ahead and paid him because the job was 95% completed. I have called over and over every day since and they will not return my calls. One person answered the phone one time and spoke in Spanish and tried to lead me to believe he did not understand English, so I asked for the person I had been talking with in Spanish myself. He hung the phone up! Now, I have to hire someone to put the numbers on it. I will never use this company again, and if I see them working somewhere, I will tell the person they are working for to not pay until the job is finished.
Description of Work: The gentlemen built a brick mailbox with flower beds on sides.
