Wonderful. They did a great job

First of all, after 5 trips to my house the door is finally right. Salesman came out to measure and match colors. Had to order the door we wanted. Almost two weeks later the installers arrive...with the wrong door. The one we ordered was back at the shop. They said they had to be at another job and didn't have time to go back for the right door. Rescheduled. Came back a few days later and installed door, but not correctly. Did not replace back braces, door popped and creaked when raising and lowering, stop moulding did not go all the way to the ground as it should've and some was broken, brace for opener mounting point not installed. Overall very poor install. Guy came out another day to repair his handy work and still didn't do it correct. I called and complained asking for a different installer to come out. Different installer came out another day to realign door and install new back braces and said he would let the owner know about the other issues. A couple weeks go by and haven't heard from them. We call and complain. The sent someone next day to finish up with the issues. Finally got a nice, functioning door.

DJ's is no longer be in business

I contacted the company and set up an appointment. The appointment was only a wag of and quot;In the afternoonand quot; which was two days later, which was fine with me. DJ the owner and his helper showed up at 3 PM, both men were very courteous and dressed professionally with company shirts worn. They went right to work.and were finished in 30 minutes. The company takes check and credit card but does not send out bills. I will use them again. DJ has been in the business for 16 years.

see above...nothing happened. Company refused to schedule me for a certain time...even way out in the future. Wanted me to take off work and sit at home for the day and wait on them.
