Blue Haven Pools

I waited for a week and then went with another provider. Never got a phone call from the service/sales person.

They are pretty punctual. It is usually the same guy that comes and I like that. If you want the service, they have someone to come clean your pool every week. I like them. I have not had a problem with them.

Spoke w person in office and she said she would give the maintenance guys the message. After 24 hours I called back and she had not given them the message because she didn't want to leave it on their desk. Do they not have cell phones??? So finally someone called back. The gentleman came out a couple days later and said it wasn't covered under our warranty and he would get back to me on when they could fix it. They never called so I had to call them back. A time was finally set up but they didn't show...they did call and say they could come out the next morning...but they never showed. Another few calls were made but they never showed again. I guess a $300 repair isn't worth their time. Needless to say out pool is still not repaired and we will be contacting another company to fix it.

There are some nice things happening with them right now. The price is pretty good but the construction is going on and it's a little bit two weeks past the estimated date. So it's slow construction and there is little communication between them that they all answered my questions. They let the founder take it with the reasons they are giving for their excuses. In terms of overall experience I would say that before the constructions started it was great but then the delays and everything would make me rate them lowly. Some of them are professional and some are not.
