Description of Work: The job was supposed to be a complete renovation. |I had to employ others to finish the job. |I will never employ this business in the future.

Description of Work: I called two days ago to set an appointment for an estimate for drywall and paint work needed. The appointment was set for 1pm. Just a few minutes after one, I realized that I had not received a call to say he was coming or on his way. I called the office, the person that answered the phone said she would call him and call me "right back". She said he probably got busy and forgot !!! After about 20 minutes, and no call, I called back to the office. I was told that he was busy on another job with new houses and couldn't come, ask if he could at 4pm. My day was planned around this appointment time. I did not want another appointment since I was not given the courtesy of a phone call saying that he could not come at the time planned. I would have set another appointment if I had been treated professionally,

Description of Work: We used Beeman's Painting & Custom Coatings to repair two holes in the wall that had to be cut to run pipes through because of a pipe that burst.
