ACTION MOBILITY SVC

The crew showed up on time, and worked tirelessly all day.  We moved from a 2 story house into another 2 story house, across town.  The crew worked diligently, very professional, and was careful with our furniture and wood floors.  Highly recommend them to anyone family into or out of the Shreveport Bossier Area.

It all seemed to go very well. The packers were friendly and very efficient. They made it a point to let us know what they couldn't pack (money, jewelry, etc) and to the best of my knowledge we had taken those kinds of things out of the house to move ourselves. One thing we forgot about was a safety deposit box that my daughter had. it didn't have much in it, but there were some collectable coins and a bag of $2 bills that her uncle had given her each year, totaling $40. The box was locked and we were never asked about it contents. They asked us about the contents of other items, but not that one.
When we were unpacking after reaching our destination, we found the safety deposit box hidden in a small suitcase. The box had been forced open and the cash had been removed. Because the box was listed on the inventory as locked, and no contents were listed, no claim could be filed against it. Since I don't know exactly when or where in transit this happened, I have no clue as to exactly who would have done it, but I feel I need to write this so that if anyone is using this company to move in the future that you make sure you watch them very carefully and ensure that no valuables get packed.
