The reason why I don't go now is I couldn't maintain my membership. They are open 24 hours and you are never locked out. They offer everything to get in shape and everything you mostly want. They have a shower where you can go afterwards and put on clean clothes. They have equipment including an elliptical, but no pools. Men, and women can bring anyone over 16. When I joined, they promised that it would include a trainer and no one ever called me. Sometimes at night if went, there was no staff out front. They didn't deliver what they promised, but I would go there again in the future.
Description of Work: I was a member there for about 6 months.
