It started out as a simple blocked drain line from the drain pan. Using compressed air, they blew out the pan drain line. That fixed the problem for a day. Water began pouring through the ceiling again. Scott came back quickly and blew out the main overflow drain because the pan should have been dry, if everything was working as intended. That should have fixed the problem too, but the water began leaking again, and the primary overflow was still not draining. Scott came back to trouble-shoot the drain issue again. He found that once he removed the p-trap in the primary overflow line, the water drained properly. Since it wasn't plumbed incorrectly to start with, it took a while to find the root of the problem. Scott made 3 trips to my house and spent a lot of time in the sweltering attic and only charged for 1 service call! Great customer service. I will definitely call Scott when I need a new A/C and heat system!
