+ -1 moreWe had a different plumbing company out on Monday because the kitchen sink kept stopping up and draining very slowly. We told them we wanted the whole line for the house cleaned out but he only cleaned out the kitchen drain and pushed the clog further down the line which caused the bathrooms to back up the next day when I washing clothes. We called Speedway that afternoon and he said he could come out the next morning between 8 and 9. He arrived at a little after 8 and cleaned out the whole drain line and unclogged it. He explained everything to us in detail and was very anxious that we were pleased with his work. He gave us a 30-day guarantee on the work performed. Said to be sure and call him if we had any problems.

Description of Work: Mr Hicks is a true professional and understands customer's needs. He was quick to respond and easily reworked the plumbing fixtures in the kitchen after new granite countertops and sink were installed. He is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality work performed. Highly recommend to all my friends.

+ -1 moreI am the office manager for a small business. When I arrived at work this morning, the (one and only) toilet would not flush. I called Mr. Hicks and he was here within an hour. He completely rebuilt the inside of our toilet in about 45 minutes. He was completely professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me what repairs he had made and why. I was completely satisfied with the experience.
