I had a problem with the manufacturer sending out the wrong model number and one of the replacements had a broken part on it - two different shipments. So, after three attempts at trying to get the right part Reggie was finally able to get both toilets fixed. He also installed two new faucets for both of my bathrooms. I supplied all of the parts, so the cost to Tom's was labor. I would use this company again.

I've used the services of Tom's Sewer and Drain (formerly under different ownership) several times within the past few years and have never had a bad experience. Under new ownership, they've performed various plumbing jobs in our home, many small and up to the latest being the under slab pipe leak.. Upon initial inspection, the leak was confirmed within a certain area; they advised us to contact a leak detection company to identify the precise location of the leak. Upon receiving those results, a date was scheduled for the plumbing repair. The work performed in our home was outstanding with minimal intrusion on our walls and none on the flooring. There was no concern with cleanup; this was and quot;part of the joband quot;. The work was more time consuming than originally planned but there was no instance of watching the clock by this company and the end result was exceptional as always.. Tom's Sewer and Drain is the only plumbing company we use and we will wait for their services if necessary when their schedule is full. If there is an emergency, we feel confident that they will be available to assist us.
