The company was very responsive. They took care of replacing my outdoor unit quickly. I was surprised by the cost to give an estimate and make an initial repair,. Ultimately they deducted that amount from the cost to completely mitigate the problem. I still believe the job was expensive, but I haven't had a problem since.

After spending several cold days due to furnace not working, H&E came out and fixed the problem. Not only were they professional but they made sure I felt safe with the work that was done. They made time to ensure everything was working properly. I couldn’t be more pleased.
