Shutters are nice and beautiful. Installed on time. They are working shutters, but no latches were provided. I have been asking for a year now on multiple occasions, and we have gone through one hurricane season, but still no latches, so we spend a ton on money for shutters that look good but not fit for purpose intended

My wife and I were in the market for a new patio door with impact glass. After getting several quotes on these doors, we went with Door2Door based on both the price and the knowledge of the salesman. Another selling point was that we were told add-on blinds from the glass manufacturer would work on the door. Well, it took over two weeks to have the door fully installed because the first time the company sent installers out, they installed it incorrectly and did a half-way job. The door was not square and level. The door was not set back fully into the opening. It was not caulked or trimmed as was discussed. The second time was better though I do feel that more could have been done as I has to go back and adjust the door myself for it to work properly. Next, I purchased two add-on blind kits. They did not work with the door. When I contacted my salesman about this, he said he'd look into it. He eventually told me that there was nothing he could do and that he made a mistake telling me that the blinds could be used on the door. He then confessed that he really didn't know as much about the type of door he sold me as he led me to believe. It has taken over a month, but I finally received the screw covers for the window frame in the door. I am now left with a product that is not what I expected or that was verbally sold to me by what I thought was a knowledgeable salesman. Follow-up 10/16/2013: I have spoken with the Manager, Lisa Ryan, about the issues and she worked with me to ease my concerns. The installers, I was told, were actually subcontractors who were not employed by Door2Door, and likely won't be recommended by them again. The blinds were a simply case of misunderstanding/blind ignorance. The sales staff was apparently unaware that the add-on blinds would not work on the impact frame. Instead, there are blinds that can go between the outer glass and impact glass that the company offers. After speaking with the manager, I felt like they have the best interest of the company in mind and, in fact, I would consider using them again in the future.

The salesperson went out of his way, coming to my home 2 or 3 times to measure my door to ensure my purchase was exactly what I wanted. He was extremely helpful. The service was great!
