replacement windows

Replacing the panes was done quickly and did not require replacing or removing the window frame. Also, you cannot tell that it is a replacement. I have not had any problems with new double-pane windows which Window Medics installed, starting around October 2010. On some of the windows, I had tried the repair method, but condensation came back. Window Medics applied the entire repair cost to the cost of replacement window panes. I have used Window Medics several times when additional windows needed replacement.
Description of Work: In the past 2-3 years, a number of large double-pane windows in my house have developed condensation between the panes. For most of the windows, I decided to have Window Medics replace the panes. On a few of the windows, we tried the repair method where alcohol is used to remove the moisture.
