gutter repair, drain pipe
+ 0 moreHe came back twice after being paid. The problem was never resolved. After realizing that he didn't know what else to do, he stopped answering phone. Do not hire him!!! He's not knowledgeable at what he does. Should be put out of business for taking money and never returning.
Description of Work: He's supposedly a pool guy, but was recommended to put a water pump and pipes in ground for rain water to drain to street from backyard. He also installed gutters.

pool cleaners
+ -1 moreArrington Allen was horrible, untimely and never came back for my weekly service. As a result my pool for the first time in ten years turned green. I do not recommend his service to anyone.

+ -1 moreHe wouldn't even return our calls. So since he has stopped coming, the pool has reverted to its murky state and now we have to start all over to get the pool ready for this year. We are also out for the money that we prepaid him to service our pool, over $500. He is also a very arrogant man. I know that pools are very expensive to keep up, but this man had did fulfill his duties and we have already paid more to get the pool ready for this summer than we should have to get the pool ready. Now we still need to hire another company and pay them for the service. This is especially unfortunate because he did good work for us the last two years that we have been using him to service our pool. He knows his trade well but now I feel like he just stole our money.
Description of Work: He came to get the pool ready for the summer. He charged $325 which was supposed to include the initial service a follow up visit to vacuum the chemicals from the bottom of the pool. He did not return for the first vacuuming for two weeks, so then we had to start over and he charged us $265. This time, he did not come back to vacuum again and we have not heard from him for over a month and one half.
