Communication with this business is very difficult. Emails, phone calls and messages are rarely, if ever, returned. While I requested a quote for project by phone and email repeatedly, one was never offered. Bill for services was provided after the work was completed and was more than 3 times higher than the same work provided to a neighbor. I had no choice but to pay for the work to get the doors that my builder was waiting on. While the owner if very familiar with my experience, he still has no interest in returning a call or offering any explanation. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am out of area and had limited recourse. I would never do business or recommend this business.

Trimco is good at providing trim thats all I see as a positive. I now have wrong color door thresholds I have doors with bad hinges and doors that dont even close right. After the problem was reported they sent out some kids who cold give a rats a** about our home and screwed the doors up more. Come to find out he was same person who did the ordering and screwed that part up also. It took forever to get the shutters done had to keep calling to get them done. In short find someone else to buy your doors and windows and shutters.
