I called this company to schedule an appointment for someone to come give estimates on several small and large jobs I needed done around the house. The man I talked to was nice, and he sounded eager for the opportunity on the phone. He even called me the evening before his appointment to touch base and reaffirm my address. Even so, he never showed up for the appointment and didn't even call. It was about 2 or 3 hours later when he called and apologized, saying that he'd been delayed and forgot to call. He wanted to reschedule, but I put him off. Evidently this guy doesn't have any respect for me or my time, and I can't trust someone like that to take pride in the work they do on my house.

Henry talked a good talk but his work was atrocious. I had to fire him from the job. He didn’t have the proper supplies. He left a mess in the bedrooms while doing the work he did start. He had to borrow a ladder from my neighbor. He used my dish rag to try and clean things up. He took my pencil to try to write things down. He tried using ceiling paint on the exterior of the windows. When we first talked I had to ask him to write a contract so we could sign it, otherwise he wasn’t going to make a contract. I later had to show him the contract because he first came to my house with only 3 windows, rather than the agreed upon 4 windows. He then went back and got a fourth window. He also tried to get me to pay him more money in advance but I declined. Our contract was for $2,770 but I paid him $743 and told him to leave. I just don’t want others to have to go through the same experience I went through with Henry.

this contractor did an excellent job. went out of his way to help us. handeled our changes on the job without problem and did not nickel and dime us.
