I highly recommend Tommy's Windows! They took out the old picture window, installed new one, cleaned up like they had never been there and all under 2 hours! Tommy, Trevor and Cody are TOP NOTCH!

Overall, Tommy did an excellent job. As promised, the windows arrived/installed roughly 2 weeks later & they look great. In addition to the windows, I also order gutters along the front of my home. We ran into a few issues with the gutters, but Tommy was very professional & did everything he could to ensure that I was pleased & happy with the results. Tommy takes a lot of pride in his work and I look forward to working with him in the future when window needs are on the horizon.

Tommy did an excellent job Replacing a half round window in a 13ft. wall in our bathroom. From ordering the special window to replacing was abiut 2 weeks. Installation took less than 2 hours and we are very pleased with the result. We think the new installation is better than the initial installation when the house was built!

It went very well. They were on time and worked efficiently. Tommy and his staff are pleasant and very professional. We will hire them in the future to finish replacing the remaining windows. We have already recommended them to friends who may want their windows replaced.

Tommy himself came to quote my windows. The original windows had a unique configuration. Tommy gave me a couple of quotes with the original and a more conventional option. No one could beat his price. He told me the project timeline and kept to it. His installers were on time, polite, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job with the install. Very happy with my experience and will call him again when I'm ready to replace the rest of my windows.

Tommy’s team with Trevor and Coty knocked the big job out in almost one day. Coty came back second day to finish some caulking. They were very professional and efficient. Cleaned up all areas of work. I will save on electric bill now and also I’ll just call Tommy if my boys break another window! (Hopefully won’t happen but hey!... That’s what you get great warranty for.) Tommy and his team are local with decades of experience. Clearly Tommy stands by his promise of service — he came out on Sunday to clean picture windows that were really high and I couldn’t reach. They had some residual caulk or glue on them and he was happy to get the job done right getting that all cleaned off. It went great. Tommy arrived on time for our appointment and acted like a professional. He gave a thorough description of his product and company. He ordered the windows on the Monday of the appointment and they came in the following week. Total turnaround time was less than 10 days, which is extremely quick in this industry with normal lead times of about 4 weeks. Also, one of workers noticed a small hairline crack in one of the window panes that I didn't even see or notice. He notified Tommy and he immediately ordered the replacement part and had it installed within 10 days free of charge, far surpassing the lead time and customer service of some of the bigger companies.

He and his crew were very professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after themselves after the install.

Tommy came out the same day I called him and gave a thorough demo of his window and a great overview of his company. After agreeing on the details he came out one more time to take exact measurements. The windows took two weeks from order to delivery and Tommy called to schedule installation as soon as he received them. Tommy's crew was quick, efficient, and skilled. All 17 windows were replaced and caulked in less than 6 hours. They put down drop cloths to catch construction debris and swept all areas when the job was finished. All of the old windows and materials were hauled off as well. Tommy stopped by during the installation and afterwards to ensure that I was happy with everything. Tommy is incredibly personable and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him again.
